Car Alarms: alarms, miller welding machine, alarmtek

Question
what will the gps system contain & cost that is coming in April, for the galaxy 5100 alarm you were telling me about on my 2002 chevy silverado?
Also my previous question about the remote start on a miller welding machine is it is 12 volt gas engine run with a off-run-start twist switch.
thanks in advance Daymon

Answer
Sorry Daymon, no pricing yet on the GPS module.
And I think they also pushed the release date
back again until the beginning of summer.
It can be retro fitted at that point.
I believe you will also need the Scynet
PC programing disc and cable to implement the
software needed to use the GPS module as well.
(32.00)

On the Miller, Yes you can send a 12 volt
signal to the starter wire if 12volts, through
one of the extra channels & and a relay, to
start it. I would have to inspect the starting
switch on it to see if you can turn it off
by remote as well, or you would need to do it
manually. When I asked you last night on my
instant chat room if we had gone over this a week
ago, you said no. But I remember you asking
me about this on before, and how to protcet
the boxes with heavy duty pin switches.
How come? Not mad, just wondered
what happened to you?

Anyway, I have 1 FM 5100 I just got in, (259.00)
that I pleaded and begged for (lol, really hard
to get!),and the rest are the standard
5100 AM systems at 3000 feet. (199.95)

Better act fast if you want this last FM. I do not
plan on ordering the them again since it's so
difficult to aquire, and a bit pricey.

The last one I was saving from last week,
went in only one day after I put it back on the
shelf here in the shop.
The FM system, at 1.5 mile range,
is as scarce as they come. If you want it,
lock it in now. Write to me at
INSTALLSUPPORT@AOL.COM with your list of items,
and I will send back a payment link for all.
