Car Alarms: starter output alarm, alarmtek, toyota echo

Question
dear sir,
toyota echo 2003
would like to know if I can interrupt the fuelpomp line or ignition instead of the starter.
is this safe for the driver to do ?
is possible, how do I wire up the relay ?
must it then be normally open ? or normally closed ?

This because the starter  is very easy accessible, you can reach it easy from under the hood.
Thiefs are stealing this type of cars by just jumping a wire from the starter direct to the car battery !

thanks

Answer
No unfortunately not.
The only thing I can suggest is to put a starter kill
relay inline just behind the key switch. This
way they have to tear it apart to get it to start.
See anti grind/starter kill relay at www.RELAYHELP.com

Have a look at my site www.STARTERDISABLE.com

This might work for you in this case.

Have a good one.
