Good day,

How can I disarm the alarm when my system is not working?

Here is my story, I had a Millennium Max 2 way remote starter/alarm installed, over 2 years now it had been working great, until yesterday, it just quit, I thought it was the remote battery which I replaced, and retried to disarm, never worked, every time I opened the door or started the engine, it sounded, I called the dealer, they had no manuel, therefore I got it from the internet at 12voltssource, but I can't quite understand, I tried to look for a switch but failed to find one, is there a way to disarm it temporary so I can take it to the shop or any other solution ?

No unless you have the valet switch available
to go into overide/valet mode, you can't reset it.
If you can get up under the dash where your installers
put the brain box, then unplug the power harness,
this will solve your problem untill you can locate
a valet.
