Car Alarms: Remote Start 98 Camry/01 Odyssey, honda odyssey, remotestart

I have a 98 camry and a 01 Honda Odyssey. Both have factory security. The first one to do will be the 98 camry. First, do I have to have a bypass module for the camry(some say yes, some say no)? I'm looking at the Ultrastart AST 1250, Crimestopper RS900VII, and about ten others(to many!). I'm looking for long range 1000'+, easy install, and two remotes(nice remotes) included that will replace both factory remotes (both cars) and work both with the same remote. On the camry I'd like to stay around $80-$100, work comuter car. Last, how about t-harnesses and anything else that makes install much faster/easier? Please recommend something to clear all this up for me.
