Car Alarms: 2002 Camry Tachometer Wire, immobilizer bypass, key cylinder

Question
Thank you. I have a couple more questions. First, this car is a distributor-less system, something I have never seen before. Does this make any difference to the install procedure? Second, do I need an immobilizer bypass for this car (2002 Camry SE 3.0L)? Could you please explain to me how this bypass works and why simply tripping the keysense wire wouldn't serve this purpose? Also do I need to separately bypass any factory alarm features? If it helps, I am installing an Audiovox 686T starter.

Thank you very much,
Noah

Answer
Yes you will need a transmod bypass in this vehicle.
You can not simply trip the keysense wire since
the transmod pelet in the key needs to send
it's signal to the matching reader next to the
key cylinder. You need to have this code transmitted
to remote start the engine.

I do not sell this system so you need
to contact the people you bout it from for
more support on this project. Try my
friend in the USA tech office

(There is no other factory alarm in this car.

You are welcome.
