Car Alarms: Question in KIA Alarm wiring, remote starter installation, kia sportage

Question
Hi there, my car is KIA Sportage, 97-yr. I want to change the alarm by DIY. I can locate the function for all wires except one(total 11 wires) - it is white/green wire and seems used to activate the ignition. A signal/voltage can measured when the key trun to 'ON' posistion. Interesting is that, I just connect 3 wires(+12V, ground & this wire) to the alarm and then disarm the system, I can start up the engine, after that I can remove those wires and the engine still keep running. I tried connect this wire to +12V & ground, but it doesn't help to start up the engine. So if I buy a new alarm, what I should connected to this wire? or may I have the wiring diagram?
