Car Alarms: Car will not disarm with remote, nissan maxima, alarmtek

Question
WOW!.. your awesome! I'v been looking through your Q&A's for over an hour and just wanted to say: 2 THUMBS UP for ALARMTEK's (free) help.

And of course I am here for a reason; I have a 1995 nissan maxima with Code Alarm PC2000. The car does not Disarm (lights/start/defrost don't either), even with a fresh battery in the remote. LED on remote is normal and the same for the Pads in the remote. It's old and I did buy the car used with the alarm installed  -> So its Time for a NEW ONE! **Can i disconnect it?**, so i can DRIVE to work and not get FIRED; so i can BUY the "Sytek 5000rsw"  ;) (I just need to disable alarm so i can get around untill i install new alarm) i'll be getting it from you :)
Thanks in advance!

Answer
Nice words. Thanks for the cudo's.
Ok enough of that! lol

Now onto the Code alarm. As you know by now,
Code sold out to DEI and are not able
to supply direct help. The LED in the dash
is also the valet overide button in this case.

Try this:
Put the key in the ignition, and turn forward
all the way just before cranking. Then within
5 seconds, press and hold in the valet/overide/LED
button and wait until it comes on solid.

That should be overide and the car should start.
If no joy, we'll need to work together to remove
the alarm completely so you can get going.

Get a philips drill bit tip, and a 10mm ratchet out
and drop the panel under the steering column.
Up to the left of the steering wheel (normally)
is where the brain of the system is usually placed
with wire ties. Cut it free, and unplug all
the harnesses going to it. Then, locate the power
source wire and 2 starters:

12V constant power: wht/red or wht/pur |+|
in the ignition harness

STARTER(s)|blk/yel & blk/wht |+| also in the
ignition harness, and then remove the Code alarm's
wiring from them. You will also see relay (s) on the
2 starter wires that are not factory. These MUST
be removed for the moment, prior to the next install
so the car will be back in good working order.

Next, cut short (not off) the rest of the Code's
primary ignition wiring, leaving a bit to work
with on the nessesary wiring in the Max to
install the 5000 RSW.

At this point, we need to re attatch the starter
wires in the max sot the car will start.
After that, pin up the underpanel, after black
taping off your free wires, and then go about
your business until I can send you the
Scytek 5000 RSW 2WAY (copy n paste below to buy it now)

(3 day sale at the moment. see at www.CARALARMZ.com)
Once done, I will send along the complete wiring chart
for this project, and we'll install this bad boy together.
(great choice by the way for a replacement!)

Let me know how it goes and how you want to procede.
