Can you tell which disarm must be wired up?  The Factory Alarm(Disarm), Disarm, or what?  Why do I need a relay for the parking lights on this vehicle?  Thanks, Dan.
Answer -
You have a couple of issues here.
For the parking lights, it's a split lighting system.
These wires must be relay isolated from the headlight switch
to keep the headlights from flashing with the parking lights. Get the information from Commando to
get around this issue. There are 2 more things needed
to bypass as well. The car's factory alarm needs to be
disarmed during remote start, and so does the immobilizor
in the ignition column. Have to do both or nada.

You will need a transmod bypass module for the ignition,
to get the car to remote start, and use the factory
disarm wire from the EZ2200
on the car's alarm system disarm wire
to ground momentarilly so it does not sound off when
you remote start.

I hope this helps. Contact Commando for the
wiring data to locate the factory disarm wire,
and to get a bypass module if you do not
already have it.

Good luck.

factory alarm

Is this the violet wire on the ten pin connector or the red wire on the optional connector?  The violet is indicated as a (-) trigger sensor on the alarm.  The red is an optional factory disarm, unclear which is right.

Answer
Dan,
I don't sell or install this system, but from
the description, the red is for the factory alarm
to disarm it at the same time you remote start.
This usually is directly spliced into the factory
alarm disarm wire. Get the color and location from them.

The violet sounds like the (-) trigger needed to
talk to transmod bypass. But again, call Commando for support on they're
equipment. Best to get the right answers direct from
the horses mouth.
