Car Alarms: V.A.T.S Wire location, different color combination, steering colum

Question
I am working on a '98 Saturn SL1 and I trying to hook up a PassMod unit for remote start. I have visited many different websites and to get information on the location of the wires. All the info I got are just about the same, it's 3 wires in a small bundle and two different color combination also provided with the PassMod unit. I look all over the key switch area and there I can't find no 3 wire bundle or any other three that matches the color combination provided. The instruction says the wires are about 22 AWG. But I can only find 2 wires on the ignition plug that can possibly be, but it's only two of them and it's a green and black wire. I look up all the other harness around the steering colum but none has 3 wires with the possible color combination. My first question is where else can I locate those wires beside the steering colum. And my secaon queston is this, I have installed an aftermarket power lock kit on the same vehicle. The power lock used to work very well after installation after I was trying to program the alarm the power lock stop working so I unplug the the power lock wire from the alarm and now the power lock is not even working with the power lock switches. Now I starting to question the relay provided with the powerlock kit. I want to know is there anything else that may cause the problem with the powerlock. Any assistance will be well appreciated

Thank you,

Answer
No the wiring for the passlock system is where evrone says it is.
Also, I can't realy help on the door locks unless
I was there to inspect it first hand.
But from what it sounds like, the lock side of the
central door lock module is fried.

I would check all fuses too to make
certain it is'nt simply a bad connection,
And also check the connectors used in this installation.
Crimp connectors tend to be badly done, so if
this is the case, repair them. If not, you
need to replace the little central box.

Have a read through at www.PASSLOCKBYPASS.com
to help you get the VATS bypass done, and
good luck with it.
