Car Alarms: Another Dual Stage Microwave Sensor, microwave sensor, wire colors

Question
[Commando FM-870 with 2rs-6 Dual Zone Microwave sensor]

Ok, I've read your answer to the previous question of this nature, and it's more help than I've received from their tech support staff, but I have some other questions.

(Just for the record, it's power, ground, second stage(blue), first stage(green) which is the same wire colors for their shock sensor, makes sense. Also, this particular sensor from Commando, only has a range of 120 degrees.)

I was wondering, in hooking these two sensors together, is it necessary to wire in diodes to prevent feedback into the other sensor?

Also, I have a convenient rollbar in the center of my car, it was my intention to mount it facing down from this rollbar,  this seemed to offer the best protection as mounting it on the floor it gets blocked by seats, and my doors lack sensors, so the microwaves would shoot right over them...
I can't think that there would be a disadvantage to this application, except perhaps a decreased range outside the car.

Answer
Yeah, Commando slips behind sometimes in aftersale support.
Yes you need diodes to use both sensors. They go on the
blue and green wires. See www.relayhelp.com
for info on how to use diodes etc...

As far as on the roll bar, it's cool facing down,
but lot's of tweeking will be needed to get it
just right. But keep in mind the microwave sensor
goes through all materials exept dense metals.
Mounting in between the seats, under a center console
facing up, is just fine.

Good luck with this project.
