Car Alarms: Override switch, keyless entry system, fuse panel

Question
I recently bought a new remote for my keyless entry system, (DLR4) made by Micro Alarms Inc. Currently I am having problems finding the override switch used to program the new remote to my personal system.  I own a Ford Explorer, 1998, standard edition. Do you have any ideas where the switch may be located.  The dealer mentioned that it was under the stearing column where the brain of the system is located.  However, I am unable to find the override switch.

Normally this is installed in the drivers side
lower kick panel area. It's black or red button.
(ALSO CHECK IN LEFT SIDE FUSE PANEL AREA)

If not available, then either send me 10.00 for one,
or see if Micro will. I have them instock.
