Car Alarms: ALARM MALFUNCTION, acura integra rs, sense wire

when i turn the ignition on with the engine running, my alarm engages and goes off.  but when the car is off the alarm doesn't malfuntion.  this started happening after i tuned up my car.  i live in a bad neighborhhood so if you can...please help me fix it.

Gotta get up in there and sort out the IGNITION sense wire.
The alarm is NOT seeing the switched igniton that alows
the alarm to operate correctly. Check this wire to see if it's bad.

When the car is on the alarm should be completely
disabled.

IF IT GOES OFF WHEN DRIVING, OR TURNING ON THE KEY LIKE YOU DID, THEN YOU HAVE TO FIX THAT WIRE.
