Car Alarms: Viper Car Alarm - disarming, battery problem, defaul

This is probably nothing other than a battery problem but here goes.  My car battery is dead and when I try to put the charger on the alarm goes off. The alarm locks the doors when engaged but they are unlocked.  So what now?  Thanks for your help!

Yep you got it right. It's the battery.
first off, replace the battery. Once done, the alarm
will go back to defaul or normal operation. Until
then, this is an example of the reaction the alarm
has to seeing main power fluctuate.
