I have a 2004 dodge Durango and it has a factory DVD player. We have always put the radio station on 88.7 when we want the sound from our DVDs to come out the speakers. Just recently if we do that it will not pick up the sound. I have tried other stations but nothing will pick it up. If we use the headphones the sound will work on that but just not out of the speakers. What can I do to get the sound to work through our speakers again while warding a DVD movie?

Have you tried 89.1?  I just wonder if your issue is a new external station somewhere interrupting your signal.

The fact that the headphones still work suggest the broadcast is still working, but your stereo isn't picking it up correctly.

Does the stereo pick up normal FM transmission OK?
