The short answer: almost certainly not.

I don't know OEM stereos all that well, but the stereo in a Dodge Stratus doesn't have Infinity.  The OEM Dodge Infinity systems include a separate amplifier, which means there's no amplifier built into the stock Infinity stereo.  If you try and put a stereo that has high level outputs and plug it into the low level input of an amplifier; at worst you'll have crappy sound that sounds awful, at worst, you'll blow the amp.
