What should i do?????

Answer
Hi Sean,

If you've connected your remote wire to the dark blue factory wire in the radio harness, that's not a remote wire.  It's a speaker wire.  There is no wire in the stock radio plug that can be used as a remote wire for an after-market amplifier.  If the factory speaker wire is connected to the amplifier's remote terminal, that might be why it's shutting down.

Your best option is to buy a remote trigger module; look for a PAC TR-4.  This is a device that can be connected to a factory speaker wire, as well as power and ground; when an audio signal is detected on the speaker wire, it will produce an output voltage to switch on the amplifier.  The PAC TR-4 is available online for around $10.

Hope this helps!
