Car Stereos: rear speaker problems, chrysler 300m, left speaker

Hello there, recently i bought new rear deck speakers for a chrysler 300m year 2003. The back left speaker makes no sound at all. The back right speaker makes some sound but once the volume gets above the third notch, it turns to static/buzzing. I switched the speakers to see if either was defective and i got the same response.  I still thought they were defective so i traded them for newer ones and still got the same response.
Please help me!

Did the original speakers work fine, before you pulled them out.  If so, the new speakers may be the wrong impedance for your system.  If not, there may be an issue with your new speakers, but probably the wiring is messed up.  If the old speakers had problems, and the new speakers seem to have similar problems, the problem is definitely the wiring or the radio itself.  Hope this helps, Scott
