Car Stereos: sub on 2003 maxima GLE, rear speakers, bose system

Question
I had to install another headunit due to no sound to left speakers when playing in either radio or cd. Therefore I got my car wired to support my 2 10" JBL and amp. When i got them wired my subs and amps were not there. Now that I am trying to hook my subs and amp no sound. Since the Bose system and seperate amp in the back is still hooked up, is that the reason why I am not getting any boom...

Answer
No, that should not affect your sub amps and subs.  Wire the amp up to available power lines, then splice into rear speaker level wires (going to rear speakers).  That should be all you need to have the subs working.  If the subs are working and sound is just not boomy, you may have one sub wired backwards.  Switch the positive and negative wires to one of the subs, then try it.  Hope this helps, Scott
