Answer
Hi Josh,

Even if you connect your line output converter to the wrong wires, you're not likely to damage your speakers; though the sound quality from your new amplifier would certainly be affected.

My suggestion would be to connect the IECAULOC directly to the  subwoofer output channel at the factory amplifier, located between the speakers under the rear deck in the trunk.  The woofer portion of each rear speaker is connected to the mono sub output from the amplifier, so this is the ideal place to connect a line output converter for a sub amp.  The wire colors are dark blue with a white stripe, and light green with a black stripe.

The dark blue/white wire is the positive subwoofer wire; you should connect both the IECAULOC's positive input wires (white and gray) to this wire.  The light green/black wire is the negative sub output, and both the IECAULOC's negative wires (white/black and gray/black) should be connected here.  The two brown wires from the line output converter do not need to be connected to anything.

The blue/white and green/black wires should be located side by side, at one end of the factory amplifier plug.

Hope this helps!
