CANNOT FIND THE FACTORY AM IN MY 1999 MEC MYSTIQUE?  TRYING TO INSTALL A PIONEER SYSTEM.  THANKS!!

Hi John,

The factory amp in a Mystique should be located right behind the glove box.  If you push the release catches so you can open the glove box all the way, you'll see the amp; a silver box about the size of a paperback book, with heat sinks and a small and large plug.  The small plug carries the audio signals from the head unit; the large plug has the power and speaker wires.
