Car Stereos: Car stereo/dvd player, face plate, best bet

I have a VRVD630 DVD/CD player that i recently installed into my truck, when I go to turn my truck on the face plate does not have any power to it. But when i open the face plate the lights in there work so its just the face plate not getting the power, it has been working for the past 2 days so I'm thinking that a fuse might have blown. It has only been installed for a few days so I'm sure there might be an issue with wiring.

I'm not sure what I can answer.

Yes, you've almost certainly blown a fuse.  If it worked for a few days, my guess is something wasn't taped off/sealed correctly, and it grounded out and blew the fuse.  Your best bet is to pull the deck back out, make sure everything is sealed correctly, replace the fuse, and be on your way.
