Car Stereos: Dashboard Faceplate.., mercury mountaineer, car stereos

I have a 2002 Mercury Mountaineer and I am trying to switch out the stock stereo with an alpine.  I cannot figure out how to get the dashboard faceplate to come away from the dashboard, there is nothing to grab onto and pull it away.  Could you please help me....
