Car Stereos: trouble with infinity, new gadgets, stereos

sir, I just bought a 95 jeep gr cher limited with the infinity in it. as many others do this one has a problem.
worked fine yesterday then ......... no sound ... today worked for i minute then just no sound I can tell the player is working but nothing coming thru speakers.

Yes, it is a fairly common problem in SUVs and trucks.  The rougher suspensions cause the stereos to bounce around more than they are designed for.  This causes loose connectors inside the radio.  The only fix is to pull the stereo and have it repaired, or buy another used one, or buy an aftermarket one with all the new gadgets on it.  Hope this helps, Scott
