Car Stereos: touch screen radio, power wires, constant power

Hi, i juste purchased a pyle plst70 touch screen radio. I wired the radio up and i can see the power button light up meaning the power is making it to the radio. The problem is when i try to turn it on nothing happens. would you know what the problem could be?

Hi Sam,

Getting light to the unit but not getting power out of it when you try to turn it on would suggest that its 12V constant power is there, but the 12V switched is not -- or vice versa.

Ensure that BOTH power wires are hooked up to the correct place, and you should be good to go.
