Car Stereos: 01 volkswagen golf disc changer swap out, audi volkswagen, stock radio

I have an 01 vw golf with a stock cd changer how do i swap it out with an mp3 cd changer without changing the stock radio.PLEASE tell me there is a way PLEASE!!

Looks like a straight swap out in the trunk, unplug old one, plug in this one.  
I have no idea what the quality of this unit is.. just looks like it would do what you are asking.
