Car Stereos: Acura bose cd, aucra, dash cd

I have all six cd's stuck inside the Aucra player (2003.)  I unhooked the car battery for a few minutes, hoping it would re-set, but it did not.  Do I have to take it to the dealer??!!

Unfortunately, today's in-dash cd changers are very sensitive, and there are many working parts inside that all work together.  If the unit is not ejecting cds, there is probably a problem inside, and it must be repaired by a professional.  If you don't want to pay dealer prices, a local repair shop should be able to fix it at about half the price.  Good Luck, Scott
