Auto Racing: How to become a rally driver, rally driver, rally drivers

how do you become a rally driver,and what do you have to do to achive this goal?.and what education do you have to have?

i wish i had the answer to that as i wanted to be one myself.

basically all the rally drivers were racing since they were young in their local rallies and championships... that of coarse means that the got the money to acquire a rally car and support it as well as the driving skill that makes you a competitor.

if you got the finance you can also join one or two rounds of the WRC championship in one of the nearby countries to be in the picture.

if you are good enough and you can keep a consistent performance and score points you could get a chance by one of the manufacturers to be among the team at least in the rally that is taking place on your own country as you will have the biggest experience with the roads and all... again if you are good enough you would keep on progressing till you are one of the legendary rally drivers.

again this is not the ultimate "how to be a rally driver" but this is my own observation on how those things go around... i always see people with real talent and loads of money in that field.
