Answer
1)is there anything such as a special license
A: Yes various racing groups issue competition licenses.  You must attent race drivers schools that they sanction, and complete the training. You will have to look around locally for racing associations. We don't hear much about India here in the USA
2)how do you improve your handling skills on a fast car
A: Practice, practice and practice.  You should have a high performance car of some sort, with a manual transmission, then buy books written about high performance driving, and try to perform the tasks they show you. A lot of it relates to how you enter a corner, and the path through it. There's also how to properly brake for corners and the process of shifting gears down.
3)what qualifications are required to get a job as a test driver in any of the car magazines
A: These jobs are usually given to test engineers who have degrees in mechanical engineering, and also are skilled race drivers already.
4)i'm currently doing MBA so how do i switch on to prepare to become as a test driver
A: Probably start by changing to the mechanical engineering courses, and get a racing license. and some racing background. It may require that you emigrate to a country that offers more opportunity in racing and such things.
5)what do you do when you can't think about anything accept cars.
A:  Follow your dream my friend !!, otherwise you will live a very sad life.  It will take a lot of work, you might get a lot of criticism from family and friends. there will be people who will try to discourage you , but you'll never get there if you don't try. You might go so far as to write the managing editors of a few car magazines and ask their advice of what to do.  One thing for sure is that you will have to work very hard on your skills in writing and sentence structure. Since you already have English, that would be a good place to start.  Take courses in English Composition, and so forth.  A test driver must be able to also write articles about his tests, and write them well.

Good luck !!
