i would like to know how a turbo charger work and what is required to install a turbo into the engine.
another question which is i need to get a manual or detailed pictures for my engine it is VW Golf 1800 CC (8 Valve) RV

How a turbo works visit www.howthingswork.com and type in the search 'turbo' and it will tell you everything you need to know.

Installing the turbo, not sure cos I have never done one myself.

As for your manual car boot sales are good to go too and it'll cost you less than from Halfords for example.
