Best location for roll centers for racing is as low, and as close to the centerline, as you can get them. It is theoretically possible to have them BELOW the ground on which the car is travelling, but this takes considerable design work, and is not possible when modifying a street car.

For street use, that would produce a very harsh ride, and you would want to raise them by about 15 % .
