While there is no exact definition of "rough driving" there are examples of it that are more tangible to the drivers.

Obviously when a driver taps someone else's bumper, that could be an example. Or it could be in the case of rubbing the quarterpanels of the car to spin them.

A lot of rookies mistake rough and stupid driving for aggressive and smart driving. Cutting people off, making them get out of the gas, and lose time.

Sorry I couldn't think of a better definition!
