i am trying to get in contact with mike helton
via email or phone.
do you know any of this information for i am in
desperate need of trying to present him with the
next thing that may make nascar go through the roof?

Well first I think you should keep in mind that Mike Helton is a very busy guy with "the car of tomorrow being released".

In NASCAR SCENE (NASCAR's newspaper) there is a section were you can post what you want.(That isn't recommended, people may steal your idea)
But 1 thing you could do is send him a letter.
