NASCAR Racing: how can I assist my fiance to become a Nascar dirver, nascar series, lifelong dream

My fiance comes from racing, his father raced years ago with the originals....my fiance himself has raced super bikes for years & took the number 1 plate 3 years in a row...I know for a fact he was sponsored by Dunlap back then...How do we go about getting him behind the wheel & a part of Nascar...he doesn't need training, what we need are the steps to building a team. I am new to all of this but I want to make every effort to help him fulfill his lifelong dream...

I'm sorry but there is no easy way into a drivers seat in any NASCAR series. I can only tell you to continue in a local series and win a lot. That way you have something to show to potential owners and sponsors.  Nobody just walks up and says I want to drive a race car. You have to work your way up from the bottom. It's like saying, "I want to be president of Microsoft, I've used a computer before." Race and win. That's all I can tell you.
