NASCAR Racing: Difference between Formula One and Nascar., formula one car, nascar car

Question
My friend has issues I told him to seek counseling, yet he still beklieves that Formula One drivers are superior to Nascar drivers because he believes, by Nascars only turning right, they lack the driving skill of a Formula One driver,...Will you explain to him how far from the truth he is.
Also which is heavier a Nascar or a Formula One

Answer
First, the easy one: a Formula One car weighs a minimum of 600kg (1320 lbs) including the driver. A NASCAR car weighs a minimum of 3400 lbs, 2.5 times heavier.
Now, the other part, which is better: whiskey or vodka? apples or oranges? dogs or cats? Fords or Chevys? men or women?
If you watch IROC you know that if you put a Formula One driver in a stock car he gets beat (most of the time) by the NASCAR driver. I'm sure if you put a NASCAR driver in a Formula One car he'd get beat most of the time by the Formula One driver.
So who's more skilled? Presently, I build cabinets. Damn fine cabinets. Could I do brain surgery? Probably, but I'm sure there'd be a pretty bad crash before the end. Could that brain surgeon build a full kitchen with cabinets that will stay on the wall and look good doing it? I'd bet there would be a pretty big crash before the end.
My answer? A NASCAR driver is more skilled...at NASCAR racing. Formula One drivers are more skilled at Formula One driving.
Who's the better driver? Well, I'd bet that all those drivers have had more accidents than me. So I pick me.
