I was given a side panel of a what I think is a nascar. All I know is that the guy who had it worked at Charlotte Motor speedway. The panel has all the sponser stickers on it. It's green in color and is number 88. I am having a hard time finding out who the driver was. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
Answer -
A green 88 would have made it the Gatorade car from the late 70's or early 80's so the driver would have been either Darrell Waltrip, Ricky Rudd or Bobby Allison. Without knowing what year that's as close as I can get you. Find out what year the person got it and I'll tell you which of the 3 drove that year. DW: 1976-1980, Rudd: 1981, Allison: 1982

Answer
Sure, mail the pic to stooge@fullnet.net.
Are you sure it was a WC car? The door panel should have a white background with a green 88 with a stripe the size of the 88 going through the numbers in green.
The 88 was Digard's number through the late 70's and 80's and it was a Gatorade sponsored car for most of that time. The paint job stayed basically the same.
