NASCAR Racing: pitting outside pit box, sorry for the delay, tires

what is the rule on pitting outside the pit box?
what part of car can be over the side line of box-(passenger side)

Sorry for the delay but I was out of town and forgot to post it at allexperts.com

The front and back tires can not be over the front and back pit box lines but I believe they are allowed to have one tire on the passenger side outside the box. They kept changing this rule over the past few years and I'm really not positive on where it's at now.
