NASCAR Racing: Grand Marshall Selection, spokes model, grand marshal

I don't know if you can help or not, but I'm racking my brain trying to find out.
Who is responsible for selecting the Grand Marshall of a race? Specifically, who chose Brittany Spears for the Pepsi 400? And if you do know the answer, can you tell me how to e-mail that person?

Each track is in charge of the Grand Marshal. Most times they allow the race sponsor to decide who will be the Grand Marshal.

Thus, Pepsi sponsored the Pepsi Firecracker 400, they selected Britney since she is their current "spokes model".

As for e-mailing, I couldn't tell you who at Pepsi picked Britney so I couldn't tell you who to e-mail.
