NASCAR Racing: Nascar, hemi motor, nascars

Question
I have problem with Nascars changing of the
rules during a season! This is called stock
car racing ha Ha Ha ! Nascar has the power
to take away a teams or brands (Ford & Dodge )
hard work or corporate design superiority.

EXAMPLE = Dodges hemi motor was resticted
during the 1960's and Ford's Thunderbird's
aero advantage during the 1980's.

Is this to sell seats? Did you like the
idea of a common template? Why hasn't Nascar
allowed over-head cam V-8's ?

Nascar is like all other sports (SHOW ME THE MONEY)              Thanks Curtis A Carter

Answer
I am so very sorry for the delay in answering your question. I did not receive an email on this one for some reason.

The changing of rules is done to "promote close competition". I don't really care for opinion questions because everyone will have a differing opinion. But, no, I don't care for a common template. Why hasn't NASCAR allowed a million different things? These are all opinion questions and if I could figure out why NASCAR did anything I'd be working for them.

Ask me a question that doesn't involve opinion.
