BMW Repair: no power, o2 sensor, pressure test

Hi Don,I have a 1986 325e bmw the car sat for three years it is time to run it again i replaced fuel pump in the tank and on the frame filter plugs timing belt had injectors cleaned the car runs good but does not have the power that it had three years ago maybe you can tell me what to look for or what to check? Thank you Jake

Its nice to see that there are E30's still being run.The one thing that hasn't been mentioned is the exhaust.By that I am thinking the catalytic converter.The cat is 24 years old and was built in that technology.You should maybe do a back pressure test to determine if it is "breathing" freely.The pressure shouldn't be and more that about 2 psi.You do need a special tool to check this,it screws into the exhaust where the O2 sensor is placed.
