BMW Repair: clutch issues, 1995 bmw 318is, bmw 318is

Question
I have a 1995 BMW 318is with 135k on it. I treat it so good. To date I have done NOTHING but brakes and oil changes and a new exhaust. I just changed my front brake pads on Tuesday, same as I always do with no problems. 3 days later I get into my car to drive and my clutch pedal practically falls to the floor with the slights pressure. It is the original clutch so I know I'm due soon, question is it coincidence that it happened or is it possible I need to bleed the brake/clutch fluid?
With 135k on it, I'm always have been, but more so than now about preventive maintained. Do you recommend anything else...O2 sensor? timing chain? Alternator? Starter?
Any help greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Answer
Check your brake fluid level. When you replaced the pads you pushed back the brake piston which in turn push fluid from them. The level may be low.The clutch and the brakes share the same reservoir. All the maintenance is in the owners manual that needs to be done.
