BMW Repair: e34 door rattle, air vent, braks

hi - i have avery annoying rattle coming from drivers door on a1993 525 - is it
easy to take door apart to chexk inside

yes the door panel is fairly easy to get off. you will need to pry out the mirror switch and there may be a screw in the hole in the top right corner for the air vent.the other screws are in the armrest. in a low spot stick a little screwdriver in and pry a corner off.then work all the way around. The door panel will still feel tight the center.pull thetop away @3 inches and forcfully pull straight up. unplug electrical connections.when reinstlling the center clip must removed from the door and cliped back to the panel(this will make sense when apart).when installing thr door panel push the center staight in first to atactch the clip and then do the outsides. replace any pushpins and if any thing braks on the panel when you take it apart,use some epoxy to repair and let it dry while working in side the door.
