BMW Repair: Emblem replacement, cr laurence, 740il

I have ordered and received the trunk and hood emblems for my 2000 740iL (including rubber grommets). Can you tell me how to install them or refer me to instructions? Thanks

Kevin, carefully pry the emblems off with a non paint marring pry tool. We use nylon pry sticks (CR Laurence companies tool 216 or 220). You could try sharpening the end of a toothbrush to pry them off. Mount the grommets in the holes then push the emblem on.
