BMW Repair: bmw battery, 2000 bmw 328, charging system

I have a 2000 BMW 328 ci. I replaced the battery 1 month ago (not by BMW). Some days I have i have to turn the key 2-3 times before it works. BMW told me that I need a higher crank approximate 700. are there differ cranks for this car? the battery i got was only 560. please get back. thanks

Michelle, you can get a 570Amp or a 640Amp Battery from BMW for your car. So a 700Amp is not available from BMW for this car. I think you need some diagnosis of the starting and charging system of your car. Sounds like you definately have an issue.
