BMW Repair: 1997 m3 clutch, clutch cylinder, clutch pedal

Question
hi i am having problems with my clutch when i bought the car i was told that the clutch was dragging when hot, when the car was cold it was fine used to glide in to gears no probs but when it got to running temp it was hard to get it in to gears and it was very notchy, well i changed the clutch for aoriginal bmw m3 clutch and it was the same so the i had the slave cylinder changed and low and behold it was the same so then i had the master clutch cylinder changed and it went worse ,when i take it for adrive the bitting point is very low nearly on the floor after about a couple on mile it is hard to put it in to gears and especially when i reversed it in to the back of my house in to position for parking i am still in reverse i can't get it out of reverse and have to literly pull it out of gear i phoned bmw service dept to speak to tec and he informed me that the m3 are a nightmare to bleed the system my friend bleed the system when he changed they parts but as i say it went worse after changing the master cylinder  i have spoken to a specialist and he told me that they have had a lot of m3 with the same probs please ,please advise of how about to go aroud this as i do not want to sell the car but it is very frustrating

Answer
Raf, did you take the take the clutch back out once you bolted it up and removed the star retainer? I would bleed the clutch with the BMW tool that retracts the slave cylinder piston completely and see what that does. Once you get the clutch pedal back change the trans fluid and see if that gets rid of the notchyness (if that is a word).
