BMW Repair: BMW window, bmw 325, hand thread

Question
2001 BMW 325 IC. Window went down, wount come up.
While removing the door panel, I am stuck at a single point where the ARIBAG is.
1- Do I remove the little plastic cover that says "AIRBAG"?
2- I suspect the problem for the windows is the plastic guides broke off the regulator. I had similar problem with older BMW. Please advise

Regards,

Answer
Leandro, Remove the airbag cover and the screw behind it. The three screws along the bottom of the arm rest. And the screw in the door handle. The glass has to come out to replace the regulator (window lifter). You need to remove the little black plastic sleeve that hold the glass to the regulator. The External torx retaining clamp screws are left hand thread. Adjust the glass so that it has the same gaps as the opposite door. Replace the regulator retaining nuts with improved lock nut part number 07 14 7 153 450
Good luck this one is complicated.
