BMW Repair: E30 Fuel sys, fuel pump relay, haynes manual

Question
Not getting fuel on 1990 325i. Nothing to fuel filter,no hum from pump,so I replaced pump. Have power to pump,in fact old pump tested good after I had already replaced it.Not sure that I am getting power to transfer pump. Working from Haynes manual,not sure on fuse/relay to transfer pump, in fact Haynes has no image of fuse block at all... Thanks ajb

  Its sounds like the fuel pump relay is bad, and that's not sending power to the pump.  Some of these cars had relays in different places, but it should be by the driver's side shock tower under the hood.  There's a little black box with three relays by themselves.  One of those is "usually" the fuel pump relay.
