Question
hi i own a bmw 318i 1991 and when i turn i can hear a vibraton for about 5-6 seconds and if i put my foot on the brake during this time i can feel the vibrations through the pedal like as if the pedal was rubbing off something spinning the noise also gets louder when i do this

Answer
Hi David,
Take a quick look at your front wheels. See if any of your fenderliners or corner splash shields shows marks of hitting the tires. Correct same when found. Look also at the brake rotors if they look grooved.
Warped rotors would cause pulsations when you apply the brake pedal even if they are not grooved and they should be replaced. Then examine your front tires if they have feathered treads. V-treads or big tread designs (like those you see on 4 wheel drives) are notorious for noise and vibration.
If you did not find any of the aforementioned, then a thorough check of your steering and suspension is in order.
