BMW Repair: Instrument Cluster dont work properly, tick tick, morning alex

Question
I have 2000 BMW 328i, 4dr with auto, Navigation and sports package.  Two days ago, my navigation screen went completely blank and the radio does not work either even without the screen,

then i noticed the DSC light traction control light would illuminate stay on after turning right or left full turns, which goes away when car is turned off and on again.

To make matters worse all the windows do not open and air condition does not work even when a/c button is pressed.

I also noticed that in the instrument cluster the signals do not show up flahing or the tick tick noise, but the bulbs do blink when i see it outside.

The information center in the instrument cluster where the doors are lit when opened don't light up and the dome lights that usually turn off right away when doors are closed takes longer to turn off.

Is this all due to a relay?  i checked the fuse are all ok.

Thank you in advance.

Answer
Good morning Alex,
Due to the diverse number of symptoms you have listed,
off the cuff, I would say that there is a power supply problem most probably due to a bad ignition switch. While the General Module is a glorified bunch of relays, it is concerned mostly with central locking, windows/mirrors, and other body electricals.
If you have to start somewhere the ignition switch is it.
But due to the presence of an intermittent ABS/ASC/DSC
checklight (which is a safety issue), my recommendation is to have the car scanned/diagnosed by your nearest BMW dealer. Or, at your own risk, have the ignition switch replaced (the electronic part only), clear faults, then see what faults or symptoms come back. I am saying at your own risk because of the legal implications of the safety issue.
Aftermarket scanners used by independent shops have minimal applicability in diagnosing complex problems like this. But before doing anything, try checking your battery cables/terminals if they are loose.
