BMW Repair: BMW, 1998 bmw 528i, bmw 528i

I have a 1998 BMW 528i, which I recently (4 months ago) had several repairs, including ignition coils replacement.  Now, the car seems to have no pick-up upon exceleration.  Do you think this is the same problem?  Please feel free to write if you need more info...

I do need more info. What was the original problem before you replaced the ignition coils and did the coil replacement
correct this problem? Are the new coils brand new and how many did you replace? What brand?
Do you have a check engine light right now? Is the idling rough? Does it stall? Did you have fault codes before?
Now? Are your problems after a cold start or even when it is hot or in normal operating temperature? Have you changed your plugs lately or have you changed any other part in your drive train lately?
Any additional related info could help me diagnose the problem.
