BMW Repair: 99 325is engine wont turn, fuse box, charging systems

i started up my car and noticed that the odometer lighting was very dull so I turned off the car, checked the fuses and when i went to go re-start the car, it wouldnt turn...do any of the fuses in the fuse box have anything to do with getting the engine to turn?

Chris, Please check your battery. Try jump starting your car from the underhood jumper posts. The fuses are not the issue. What is the battery voltage? If you can get the car started then get to a dealer or shop that can test the battery and the starting and charging systems.
